Job Description

Role Objective: To oversee and streamline HR operations, administrative functions, facility and vehicle management, employee welfare, and statutory compliance across the organization, ensuring operational efficiency and adherence to company policies and government regulations. Key Responsibilities: Vehicle & Facility Management Manage company vehicle maintenance, insurance renewals, and GPS tracking systems Administer Petro Cards, FASTag, and traffic challan resolution Oversee fire extinguisher servicing and facility safety compliance Coordinate CCTV monitoring and security personnel administration Maintain Telegram-based communication systems Human Resource Management Handle end-to-end recruitment, salary negotiations, and onboarding Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, probation evaluations, and confirmation letters Design and implement induction, training, and development programs Monitor employee attendance via ESSL biometric system Manage payroll operations and time office functions Conduct full & final settlements and exit formalities Maintain employee asset records and distribute SIM cards, uniforms, ID cards, and visiting cards Employee Welfare & Insurance Administer GMC Mediclaim, GPA, and Workmen Compensation (WC) policies Draft and update HR policies in line with statutory requirements Factory & Labour Administration Oversee factory administration and compliance with labour laws Manage labour payments and workforce coordination Liaise with government bodies for HR and administrative matters Coordinate NAPS/NATS apprenticeship programs Finance & Travel Coordination Verify TA/DA bills and track employee tours Support budgeting and cost control for administrative functions Event Organize internal and external company events HR App Development ·        Coordinate development and deployment of internal BP (Business Process) applications Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field 7+ years of experience in HR, administration, and facility management Strong knowledge of labour laws, insurance policies, and compliance frameworks Proficiency in MS Office, payroll software, and biometric systems Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
