A Senior Executive -Deliver will be responsible for deliver shift operations for his / her assigned location. He / She steer day to day logistics operations in coordination with all stockholders meeting business requirements. Safety, quality, statutory, operational efficiency & reliability are the key deliverables for the position in order to improve customer satisfaction and enhance profitability in sustainable manner.

Making an impact. What will you do?
- In this role you have to ensure safe and efficient Deliver Operations at the PGP Plant / Warehouse to meet customer demand for products on time and work towards ensuring Zero Safety Incidents in Distribution. Report any Near Miss / Incident / Accident and investigate them to identify and fix the gaps
- Further you will be responsible to lead initiatives to improve Safety culture, including Toolbox talks/Safety Meetings/awards etc. also to ensure 100% compliance to all Statutory requirements related to RTO. Ensure all Licenses and Permits are current including Fitness Certificate, Insurance, Driver License, Haz Goods License, PESO documents (for tankers)
- Furthermore, you will be responsible for track on-road performance of drivers through remote data monitoring, On road Safety Observations/Audits etc and also to ensure that customer complaints, if any, are resolved quickly and the issues are addressed to avoid recurrence
- Moreover, you need to ensure all Shipping documents such as Invoice, POGP Challan etc. are proper and as per statutory and internal company guidelines. Accounting of all Expenses related to fleet operation including contractor bills, R&M of company trucks etc.
- Additionally, you need to ensure Fleet maintenance is carried out as per OEM recommendations. (Own fleet & Contractor Fleet) and also overall accountability for the day-to-day affairs of the Deliver Team at the location. Ensure a healthy work environment for the entire team
- Further you will be Coordinating with HR Department to fill vacant positions - Identifying candidates, selection, onboarding and training. MIS - Prepare Annual, Monthly and Daily reports pertaining to Fleet Operations. You will interact with internal departments, such as Sales, Operations, Procurement, Finance, HR, and IS, to achieve the plan and targets for Deliver Team
Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes?
- You have a Graduate preferably post-graduation with specialization in Logistics / Supply Chain / Distribution Management with minimum four to six (4-6) years’ experience in logistics of any industry, preferably cryogenic industry (Liquid Oxygen, Liquid Nitrogen, Liquid Argon) will be an added advantage
- Further, you have an experience of managing various interfaces as transporters, statutory bodies for strengthening the overall logistics function and clear understanding of the logistics environment in the country and with Business acumen (Market and competitive insight) Understands customer markets, suppliers, and competitors. (Financial steering and controlling) Understands and implements financial principles and procedures to make effective decisions
- Furthermore, you have a strategic thinking and engage and motivate colleagues by breaking down business plans into meaningful team goals. You also have customer focus and use information on customer issues, satisfaction and needs to increase levels of customer satisfaction
- In addition, you have a visible leadership and ensure that 100% of own behavior is safe and takes action to ensure the safety of others
- Functional and technical competence are your skills and you keep it up to date with industry technological advances
