In this role you will be responsible for salary reviews to ensure relevant market benchmarking, directives of regional office and HR council and consistency of application and management of Payroll, Retirals and related employee payout e.g. salary, allowances, incentives, rewards, PF, Gratuity etc. In this role you need to manage and implement marketed compensation & benefits strategies for Linde India and assess the effectiveness and competitiveness of the Linde’s compensation and benefit plans, including continuous market analysis and review of employee opinions through surveys and exit feedback so as to help design appropriate recruitment and retention initiatives Additionally, you need to work with departments for matters with regards to job analysis and job evaluation and also to participates in compensation surveys with Mercer etc., helps establish salary ranges, and prepares policies and procedures to ensure competitive employee compensation You will be responsible for Improving communication of policies and benefits through benefits campaigns, Policy clarification sessions for the HR and Resourcing team; Timely response to queries on policies and benefits and also keep abreast of external environment for emerging trends, regulatory changes, taxation rules, best practices and advises the management as appropriate Further you need to review, analyse and benchmarking on policies and Benefits, in consultation with Management team, relating to Service Conditions, Compensation, Incentive policies, will be responsible for driving talent circle programmer and succession planning to have a ready pool of talent and employee engagement programs In this role you will be responsible for managing and maintaining HRIS (SAP & other systems) and provide MIS support on manpower planning, budgeting, etc. periodically and/or need basis also to manage HR Systems and provide HR Analytics support Winning in your role. Do you have what it takes? You have a graduate in Commerce, Economics, Psychology or Business Management, preferably with an MBA or equivalent degree/diploma with minimum 7 to 10 years of experience in HR with at least 3-4 years in C&B role In additionally you have a proficiency in Advanced MS Excel, HRIS (preferably SAP) and experience in MNCs/ organizations in the manufacturing industry with exposure to global knowledge of compensation design/trends will be an advantage In depth knowledge of HR systems and processes Exposure to SAP HR will be an added advantage Good negotiating skills are required Why you will love working for us!
