Job Description Key Responsibilities: Administrative & Executive Support: Manage and maintain the CMD/Director’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements. Handle confidential correspondence, reports, and presentations with utmost discretion. Prepare agendas, minutes, and follow-ups for meetings, ensuring timely execution of decisions. Serve as a liaison between the CMD/Director and internal/external stakeholders. Communication & Coordination: Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of the CMD/Director. Draft, review, and proofread emails, memos, and reports. Coordinate and facilitate smooth communication between departments and leadership teams. Strategic & Business Support: Conduct research and provide key insights to assist in decision-making. Assist in the preparation of high-level reports, board presentations, and other strategic documents. Support special projects and initiatives as assigned. Event & Travel Management: Plan and coordinate business trips, including flight bookings, accommodations, visas, and itinerary management. Organize corporate events, conferences, and leadership meetings. Office & Task Management: Oversee day-to-day administrative operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor deadlines and follow up on pending tasks. Handle confidential information with integrity and discretion. Requirements Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. 8+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably supporting C-level executives. Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and digital collaboration tools. Excellent verbal and written communication skills (Letter Drafting & Email Writing) Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Ability to anticipate needs and take proactive action. Preferred Skills: Experience in corporate governance and board-related activities. Familiarity with business analytics and reporting tools. Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
