Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive Assistant based in Mumbai. The Senior Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, drafting correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements. Responsibilities also include preparing and analyzing expense reports, maintaining confidentiality in handling sensitive information, and serving as the initial point of contact for internal and external inquiries. The role requires a proactive approach to managing projects and supporting executive-level operations.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and general Administrative Assistance
• Proficiency in handling Expense Reports and generating detailed documentation
• Experience in Executive Support, including scheduling, travel planning, and project coordination
• Outstanding Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively
• Demonstrated discretion in handling sensitive and confidential information
• Proficiency in office software and familiarity with scheduling tools
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a high-profile industry or corporate setting is advantageous
