Youll support core HR activities such as onboarding, documentation and benefits administration, while working closely with the global HR Manager to ensure local processes align with company standards. Your responsibilities Act as the primary point of contact for employees across the APAC region, including payroll, leave management, and policy guidance Oversee the complete employee lifecycle through our HRIS, Personiofrom onboarding to exit Lead payroll inputs, attendance tracking, leave administration, and statutory compliance to guarantee smooth and compliant operations Own the management of employee records, documentation, and reporting for our APAC region Assist in drafting HR policies for the APAC region and ensure implementation and adherence Partner with finance and admin departments for smooth HR operations Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives Lend support to team members on various projects and activities, contributing wherever needed to ensure smooth operations Requirements 35 years of experience in HR Operations. Knowledge of Indian labour law and compliance requirements. Strong understanding of payroll administration and benefits management. Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and regional languages. Proactive mindset with the ability to identify and implement process improvements. Strong sense of ownership and accountability, managing tasks from start to finish. Skilled at managing priorities and delivering results on time. High attention to detail and accuracy in processing transactions and data.
