Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Senior Executive Assistant to support an Ultra HNI individual in Kolkata. The ideal candidate must come from a hospitality background and currently be working as a PA/EA, with strong experience managing high-pressure environments, complex schedules, and confidential matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide end-to-end executive support with complete confidentiality and professionalism.

• Manage complex calendars, appointments, personal and professional schedules.

• Coordinate travel arrangements, logistics, reservations, and itineraries.

• Liaise with internal teams, external stakeholders, vendors, and household staff on behalf of the principal.

• Prepare reports, minutes of meetings, presentations, and documentation when required.

• Handle personal tasks, errands, and confidential household matters with discretion.

• Ensure smooth coordination of day-to-day activities and anticipate the principal’s needs.

• Maintain high levels of organisation and prioritise tasks effectively.

• Manage event coordination, high-level meetings, and hospitality requirements as needed.

Requirements:

• Male candidate with a hospitality background (Hotels/Corporate Hospitality).

• Currently working as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant.

• 7–8+ years of relevant experience supporting senior leadership/HNI individuals.

• Strong command of English with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Outstanding organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

• High commitment to confidentiality, reliability, and professionalism.

• Flexible to work extended hours or weekends based on the client's requirements.

• Well-groomed, polished, and presentable with a service-oriented approach.
