Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and well-groomed Personal Assistant (female preferred) to support the daily office operations of a reputed professional based on Golf Course Road. The ideal candidate should come from a hospitality background (Front Office, Guest Relations, or Concierge) with excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and personal support to the employer in day-to-day tasks.

• Manage scheduling, appointments, and calendar coordination.

• Handle correspondence, emails, and calls with professionalism.

• Assist in travel arrangements, reservations, and logistics.

• Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive information.

• Ensure smooth coordination between internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Female candidate preferred.

• Background in hospitality (Front Office, Guest Relations, Concierge) is a must.
