Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Technology Officer (CTO) with a strong background in ServiceNow to co-found and lead the technology function of a new consulting business. The CTO will play a foundational role in shaping the company’s ServiceNow offerings, driving product innovation, forming technical teams, and overseeing solution delivery to enterprise clients. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement the technical vision and roadmap for the ServiceNow consultancy. Design scalable ServiceNow architecture and delivery models across various modules: ITSM, HRSD, ITOM, SecOps, and custom apps. Oversee the development and delivery of ServiceNow implementations and integrations. Establish coding standards, development processes, and QA/testing protocols. Build and lead a team of developers, architects, and consultants. Serve as the technical face of the company in client meetings, industry forums, and vendor partnerships. Collaborate with co-founders and business stakeholders to align technology strategy with market demands. Drive innovation within the ServiceNow platform and ensure adoption of emerging features and capabilities. Monitor performance of technical teams and provide mentorship, training, and career guidance. Required Qualifications: 10+ years of IT experience, with 5+ years in ServiceNow platform architecture and development. Deep expertise in ServiceNow modules including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, and custom app development. Strong hands-on experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide), integration (REST/SOAP APIs), and workflow automation. Certified ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA) and at least one CIS certification (e.g., ITSM, HR, CSM). Proven experience building and managing technical teams. Demonstrated ability to lead ServiceNow implementations end-to-end. Preferred Qualifications: Certified Application Developer (CAD), Certified Technical Architect (CTA) desirable. Experience in a startup or consulting environment. Understanding of ITIL, Agile, DevOps, and cloud architecture (AWS, Azure). Track record of business-oriented thinking and innovation.
