Job Description

C#, .NET Core, microservices, and Azure PaaS



Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain C# microservices and REST APIs in .NET Core
  • Use Azure PaaS: App Services, Functions, Service Bus, Event Hub, Storage, SQL, Cosmos DB
  • Apply IaC via Bicep, ARM, or Terraform
  • Build CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps or GitHub Actions
  • Containerize apps with Docker; AKS/Kubernetes optional
  • Write reliable, testable code (unit/integration tests, SOLID principles)
  • Enforce security best practices: JWT/OAuth2, Azure AD, Key Vault
  • Implement monitoring/logging with App Insights/Azure Monitor
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, data pipelines, and AI service integrations


Required Skills

  • 5+ years in backend development with C#, .NET Core/.NET 6/8+
  • Deep experience in Azure PaaS services
  • Strong RESTful API design and microservices architecture
  • Proficient with Docker and basic orchestration (AKS)
  • CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps/GitHub Actions
  • Infrastructure as Code (Bicep, ARM, Terraform)
  • Experience with SQL Server, Azure SQL, Cosmos DB, EF Core
  • Security fundamentals and Agile development experience


Bonus Skills

  • AI/LLM backend integration experience (e.g., Azure OpenAI)
  • Serverless orchestration (Durable Functions, Logic Apps)
  • SRE mindset for observability, reliability, incident management
