Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Chennai for a Senior Executive Assistant. The Senior Executive Assistant will be responsible for providing executive administrative support, managing daily schedules, overseeing communication, preparing expense reports, and ensuring efficient administrative assistance for the executive team. This role requires organization, professionalism, and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance tasks
• Strong skills in Executive Support for managing schedules and ensuring efficient workflows
• Experience in preparing and managing Expense Reports
• Exceptional Communication skills for professional correspondence and coordination
• Ability to multitask, maintain confidentiality, and prioritize effectively
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• Proficiency in office software and tools
• Prior experience in a similar role and familiarity with the fashion or manufacturing industry is an advantage
