Role Description:

  • The Senior Executive People & Culture is responsible for enhancing employee experience, fostering an inclusive culture, and ensuring a supportive work environment across the organisation.This role focuses on culture building, employee engagement, HRIS management, policy governance, and wellbeing programs.

Key Responsibilities Culture & Employee Engagement:

  • Design and deliver initiatives that strengthen organisational culture and employee belonging.
  • Lead engagement activities, culture drives, D&I programs, and wellbeing campaigns.
  • Conduct pulse surveys, analyse feedback, and drive action plans to improve workplace happiness.
 

HRIS & Employee Lifecycle:

  • Manage HRIS platform (Zoho People) for employee records, attendance, leave, and performance data.
  • Generate HR dashboards and reports for leadership insights.
  • Ensure data accuracy, policy compliance, and workflow automation through HR technology.
