Venti Oelde India Private Limited


This role is responsible for end-to-end service execution of industrial fan systems, including installation supervision, commissioning, troubleshooting, shutdown services, and client coordination. The position requires strong field exposure, technical expertise, and the ability to independently manage service assignments while mentoring junior engineers.


You will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and vendors to ensure safe, timely, and high-quality service delivery across domestic and international projects.


Employment Type

Full-time (6 months' probation period followed by permanent position)


Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical / industrial / production engineering
  • Diploma engineers with strong service experience in industrial equipment may also be considered


Experience

  • 3–6 years of relevant experience in industrial equipment / machinery service
  • Prior experience in fans, blowers, rotating equipment, or heavy machinery will be an added advantage

Key Responsibilities

  • Independently lead installation, commissioning, and testing of industrial fans and related systems
  • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve mechanical and operational issues at customer sites
  • Plan and execute preventive, breakdown, and shutdown maintenance activities
  • Prepare and review service reports, commissioning records, and technical documentation
  • Coordinate with customers, project teams, design, and manufacturing for service execution
  • Supervise and guide junior service engineers and technicians at site
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards, SOPs, and company policies
  • Support clients with technical advice, root cause analysis, and improvement recommendations
  • Maintain service logs, spares usage, tools, and inventory documentation
  • Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams


Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and industrial fans
  • Hands-on experience in field service, commissioning, troubleshooting, alignment and dynamic balancing
  • Knowledge of maintenance practices for rotor, bearings, and drive systems
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical manuals
  • Good communication skills for client interaction and coordination
  • Willingness to travel extensively across India and abroad
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and safety-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and lead site activities
