Full-time (1-year probation period followed by permanent placement on satisfactory completion of training).

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Production Engineering.

Responsibilities

 Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination with internal departments.

 Review and interpret technical specifications, drawings, and customer requirements.

 Prepare technical documentation including schedules, reports, charts and presentations.

 Support engineers in site coordination, installation planning, and after-sales technical support.

 Track project milestones and report progress to project leads.

 Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

 Consistently good academic record.

 Strong interest in project execution, mechanical systems and industrial equipment.

 Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and project workflows.

 Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) will have an added advantage.

 Good communication and team collaboration skills.

 Self-motivated, organized, and target oriented.

Career Path

Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the training period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 1 year.
