Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the preparation of technical and commercial proposals.

• Analyse customer specifications, drawings, and requirements.

• Support sales engineers with cost estimation and quotation preparation.

• Coordinate with internal teams including design, engineering, and procurement.

• Communicate with clients and vendors to gather project-specific data.

• Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Track proposal deadlines and ensure timely submissions.

Qualifications

• Consistently good academic record.

• Strong interest in project execution, mechanical systems and industrial equipment.

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, manufacturing processes, and project workflows.

• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) will have an added advantage.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Self-motivated, organized, and target oriented.

• Internship or sales experience in engineering or industrial projects will be an added advantage.

Career Path

Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the training period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 1 year.
