Full-time (1-year probation period followed by permanent placement on satisfactory completion of training).

Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, industrial, or production engineering.

Diploma engineer with good service track record may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in field service activities including installation, commissioning, and testing of equipment.

• Support in preparation of service documentation and reports.

• Coordinate with clients and internal teams to plan service schedules.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues at site.

• Maintain service logs, tools, and inventory records.

• Participate in technical discussions with clients, vendors, and cross-functional teams.

• Adhere to safety standards and company procedures during field assignments.

Qualifications

• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and design principles.

• Basic understanding of industrial equipment and maintenance practices.

• Willingness to travel and work on project sites across India/ abroad.

• Good communication and team collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Career Path

Candidates who demonstrate strong technical aptitude, dedication, and alignment with company values during the training period may be offered a permanent position based on management review after 1 year.
