Job Description

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Manager with a passion for performance and creativity to join our team in Kochi or Bangalore. If you have experience in SEO, ads, and social media marketing, and want to work on service-based business campaigns — we’d love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, paid media (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads), email, content, and social platforms to drive traffic, leads, and revenue.
  • Own the SEO strategy (on-page, off-page, technical), including keyword research, content optimization, backlink building, and performance tracking.
  • Manage and optimize paid campaigns to maximize ROI and reduce CAC.
  • Conduct A/B tests and use analytics to improve campaign performance and landing page conversion rates.
  • Generate leads using innovative digital strategies
  • Collaborate with design, and sales teams to align growth initiatives with business goals.
  • Develop and manage marketing funnels, nurturing sequences, and campaign calendars.
  • Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics (organic traffic, CTR, CPL, ROAS, LTV, etc.).
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and campaign automation platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in SEO, SEM, and performance marketing.

Qualifications:

  • 3–6 years of experience in growth marketing with a strong focus on SEO and campaign management.
  • Proven track record of running successful SEO strategies and high-converting paid campaigns.
  • Proficient in tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and email marketing platforms.
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign).
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • Familiarity with website optimization, CRO, and performance tracking.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in handling marketing for tax/financial, construction, or software domains
  • Understanding of the UAE market or prior experience with Dubai-based clients
  • Hands-on experience with WordPress or other CMS platforms.
  • Understanding of basic HTML/CSS or no-code tools.
  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech-driven environments.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

  • Bachelor's (Preferred)
