Senior Digital Marketing Manager

As a Senior Digital Marketing Manager based in Varanasi, you will be entrusted with the strategic oversight and analytical direction of our digital marketing endeavors. Your primary focus will involve spearheading end-to-end performance marketing strategies, enhancing brand visibility, crafting content strategies, and fostering digital growth. Your pivotal role will be to drive patient acquisition, retention, and brand equity through various online platforms. Your responsibilities will include leading ROI-centric campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and YouTube, with a keen emphasis on optimizing CPL, CAC, CTR, and ROAS metrics within paid channels. You will also be responsible for managing remarketing efforts, location-based campaigns, and audience segmentation initiatives. In addition, you will be tasked with tracking, analyzing, and reporting digital KPIs such as traffic, conversions, and bounce rates. Utilizing tools like GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Hotjar, you will drive optimization efforts through continuous A/B testing of landing pages, ad creatives, and audience segments. Your strategic acumen will be put to the test as you design quarterly digital roadmaps aligned with broader business objectives, manage media budgets, and allocate resources effectively across different platforms. Developing comprehensive marketing funnels for awareness, engagement, and conversion will be a central part of your role. Furthermore, you will oversee content marketing initiatives encompassing blogs, videos, and creatives to drive traffic and enhance brand image. Leading the charge on SEO strategy, including keyword planning and on-page/off-page SEO, will be crucial. Collaboration with content creators, designers, and external agencies will also fall under your purview. Your role will extend to working collaboratively with website, product, and sales teams to ensure alignment on campaign goals. Additionally, you will be responsible for mentoring junior marketers and managing relationships with external digital partners and agencies.
