Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute 360° digital marketing strategies to build brand visibility and achieve business goals.
Lead and manage the digital marketing team, including SEO, SEM, social media, content, video, and creative functions.
Plan and oversee paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Monitor and improve SEO/SEM performance, website traffic, and conversion optimization.
Drive content strategy (blogs, creatives, video, storytelling) aligned with brand positioning.
Manage brand’s presence across social media platforms with innovative campaigns and engagement strategies.
Oversee marketing automation, CRM tools, email campaigns, and retargeting initiatives.
Define and track KPIs & ROI for all digital marketing initiatives.
Analyze market trends, competitors, and audience insights to fine-tune strategies.
Collaborate with creative, video production, and technical teams to deliver impactful campaigns.
Prepare monthly/quarterly reports for management on performance and new opportunities.
Ensure brand guidelines, consistency, and compliance across all digital channels.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
