Key Responsibilities: 1. Keyword Research Use tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ubersuggest, Semrush, or Ahrefs. Identify relevant keywords for client websites based on industry and competition. 2. On-Page SEO Optimize title tags, meta descriptions, header tags (H1–H6), and image alt texts. Improve URL structures and internal linking. Help publish SEO-friendly content on client websites. 3. Off-Page SEO Assist in link-building efforts (directory submissions, guest posting outreach, etc.). Monitor backlink profiles and disavow toxic links (if necessary). 4. Technical SEO Support Conduct basic technical audits (e.g., broken links, crawl errors). Use tools like Screaming Frog, Google Search Console, and GTmetrix. Help implement structured data/schema markup. 5. Content Optimization Collaborate with writers to optimize blogs and landing pages. Ensure content follows SEO best practices (keyword density, readability, etc.). 6. Analytics & Reporting Monitor traffic, rankings, and performance using Google Analytics and Search Console. Compile reports for senior SEO specialists or clients. Track improvements in keyword positions and website health.
