Who We Are Looking For:

DevOps Engineer

Key Responsibilities:1. Infrastructure Automation & Management

Design, implement, and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, EC2, RDS, etc.)
Create and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using tools like Terraform or AWS CloudFormation
Automate provisioning, monitoring, and maintenance of environments across staging, QA, and production

2. CI/CD & Deployment

Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines to enable frequent, safe, and automated deployments
Collaborate with ML and backend teams to streamline deployment of APIs, microservices, and ML models
Optimize build and deployment processes for speed, reproducibility, and traceability

3. Security, Compliance & Monitoring

Ensure compliance with HIPAA and healthcare-specific security requirements
Implement and manage security best practices (e.g., IAM, VPC isolation, TLS encryption, secret management)
Set up and manage observability tools for logging (e.g., CloudWatch, ELK), monitoring (e.g., Prometheus, Datadog), and alerting

4. Reliability & Incident Response

Build self-healing systems and redundancy to ensure high availability and minimal downtime
Manage backup and disaster recovery strategies for critical services
Participate in on-call rotations and incident response planning, with a focus on root cause analysis and long-term reliability improvements

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
2 - 6 years of experience as a DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineer (healthcare experience is a plus)
Strong experience with AWS and cloud-native architectures
Proficiency with CI/CD tools like GitHub Actions, CircleCI, or Jenkins
Experience with Docker, container orchestration (ECS/Kubernetes), and managing production workloads
Understanding of network security, infrastructure monitoring, and log management

Desired Qualities:

Familiarity with HIPAA, HITRUST, or SOC2 compliance in a cloud setting
Experience supporting AI/ML workflows in production environments
Comfort with Python, Bash, or Go for scripting and automation
Passion for building reliable, secure infrastructure that supports critical healthcare operations
Enjoys working cross-functionally with product, data, and engineering teams
