Job Title: Senior DevOps Engineer Position: Software Engineer (SE) / Senior Software Engineer (SSE) Experience: 5+ Years Category: zINACTIVE - Information Technology Main location: Bangalore Position ID: J1125-2268 Employment Type: Full Time Job Description: - Senior DevOps Engineer: - We are seeking a skilled and proactive Senior DevOps Engineer to serve as a backup to our current DevOps Lead. The role involves managing and supporting end-to-end CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and environment stability across multiple platforms including AEM, Adobe Commerce, MuleSoft, and Azure. The engineer will collaborate with development, QA, DBA, and L1 support teams to ensure consistent, secure, and high-performance delivery of application services. Key Responsibilities: . Pipeline & Deployment Management: Own and support CI/CD pipeline creation and management for AEM, Adobe Commerce, MuleSoft, and Azure Cloud. Support production deployments (including weekends) across environments (Dev/QA/Stage/Prod) for multiple applications like AEM, SSO, Login App, etc. . Environment Configuration & Upgrades: Manage .NET framework upgrades across APIs and Azure services. Perform service upgrades and patching (e.g., SSL cert updates, SSO appliance enhancements). . Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Propose and implement monitoring improvements to enhance platform visibility and stability. Troubleshoot ad-hoc production issues, integration failures, and login/service disruptions across supported applications. . Cloud Infrastructure Support: Handle Azure Service Bus, API Gateway migrations, and Docker image cleanup. Coordinate 301 redirects, DNS updates, and blob/media file operations on Azure. . Collaboration & Communication: Actively engage with L1 teams for triaging user issues and support during outages. Participate in performance planning, outage analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives. . Backup Leadership: Step in for the DevOps Lead during absences; coordinate cross-team activities, handle escalation, and ensure continuity of deployments. Must-Have Skills . 5+ years of hands-on DevOps experience . Strong experience with Azure DevOps (pipelines, repos, artifacts) . Proven expertise in CI/CD setup for AEM, .NET, and MuleSoft . Proficient in Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus, and Cloud infrastructure management . Experience with production deployments and troubleshooting live issues . Strong scripting and automation skills (PowerShell, Shell, or Python) . Understanding of SSL certificates, Docker, and basic network configurations Nice-to-Have Skills . Experience with Drupal , SSO systems and AEM . Knowledge of API Gateway configurations and Anypoint Cloud (MuleSoft) . Familiarity with monitoring tools and setting up proactive alert systems . Hands-on experience with 301 redirects, email relay setups, and security firewalls (WAF) Preferred Qualifications . Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert (or similar) . Ability to lead cross-functional coordination and take ownership in dynamic environments
