It’s not about month-end reports or refining presentations for pre-made decisions. You will craft live, AI-enhanced forecasting models that propel executive planning. You’ll assess vendor ROI, making critical decisions on what to retain or discard. You’ll deliver dashboards and insights pivotal to product packaging, pricing strategy, and vendor negotiations. Your insights will drive portfolio-level decisions impacting hundreds of millions in revenue. What You Will Be Doing Develop dynamic forecasting models to project revenue trajectories and vendor expenditures, facilitating scenario planning and strategic support for pricing, product, and procurement. Deliver data-driven insights to evaluate vendor performance, uncover cost and risk opportunities, and inform strategic vendor management decisions. Create and present executive-ready dashboards and reports that translate complex financial data into actionable strategies for senior leadership. What You Won’t Be Doing Engaging in routine month-end reporting or backward-looking financial analysis. Polishing slides for decisions that have already been finalized. Performing repetitive data entry or low-level data cleaning tasks. Senior Data Scientist Key Responsibilities Drive revenue enhancement and vendor expenditure optimization through advanced financial modeling, AI-driven insights, and strategic cross-functional collaboration. Basic Requirements Proven experience utilizing Generative AI tools (LLMs, copilots, automation agents) to expedite financial processes. Demonstrated expertise in revenue and cost management. Working with us This is a full-time (40 hours per week), long-term position. The position is immediately available and requires entering into an independent contractor agreement with Crossover as a Contractor of Record. The compensation level for this role is $30 USD/hour, which equates to $60,000 USD/year assuming 40 hours per week and 50 weeks per year. The payment period is weekly.
