The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and customizing Microsoft solutions, implementing new features, and ensuring the overall quality of our Microsoft implementation. MTX provides expertise across various platforms and technologies, including Microsoft, Google Cloud, Salesforce, artificial intelligence/machine learning, data integration, data governance, data quality, analytics, visualization, and mobile technology.ÂKey Responsibilities:The Senior Consultant is expected to lead large-scale/complex project(s), executing the following responsibilities:Project Collaboration:What you will bring:Ensure effective collaboration and execution throughout all phases of development, testing, and deployment.Manage and govern changes to Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform (including Canvas/Model-Driven Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power Pages) code & configurations and collaborate with other developers in a team environment to ensure security best practices and code optimization.Ensure project timelines are met in collaboration with the PMO and Functional workstream. Solution Design & Deliverables:ÂLead the design and architecture of complex Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, translating business requirements into comprehensive and actionable technical designs.Create and maintain key project deliverables throughout the solution lifecycle, including but not limited to Functional Design Documents,Technical Design Documents,Data Migration Strategy & Mapping Documents,Integration Design Documents,Deployment and Release Plans etc. Develop end-to-end Microsoft CRM solutions:Architect, develop, and maintain comprehensive solutions leveraging the full capabilities of Microsoft Power Apps (Canvas/Model-Driven), Power Automate, Power Pages (Portals), and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.Expertly customize and configure D365 CE/Dataverse, including advanced setup of entities, forms, views, and business process flows, alongside developing server-side logic (plugins) and client-side automations.Extend platform capabilities through custom development using C#, JavaScript, FetchXML, and Power Fx, always adhering to best practices for scalability, reliability, and long-term maintainability.Drive the automation of development processes, including continuous integration (CI), continuous delivery/deployment (CD), and release management cycles for Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions, primarily leveraging Azure DevOps Pipelines and Power Platform Pipelines. Data Migration and Integration:Responsible for data model design and comprehensive data management tasks within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (including Customer Engagement/CE and Finance & Operations/F&O) and the Power Platform (Dataverse). This includes expertise in data import/export, data mapping, data cleansing, data migration, and data manipulation using tools such as Dataverse Dataflows, Dynamics 365 Data Management Framework (DMF), Power Automation etc.Integrate Dynamics 365 and Power Platform applications with internal and external systems using Dataverse Web API (RESTful), OData, SOAP, and various middleware platforms.Design and build integrations using Dataverse connectors, APIs, Power Automate and third-party tools like KingswaySoft. Testing and Quality Assurance:Ensure deliverables meet quality standards by conducting code reviews with a focus on identifying potential issues and ensuring code quality.Investigate, debug, and resolve defects found during testing phases.Work closely with the functional team to integrate testing into the development process and resolve issues.Execute UAT with stakeholders and make sure the solution meets final expectations and system specifications. Post-Implementation Review and Iterative Improvement:Provide ongoing support after deployment, addressing system issues and optimizing performance. Organization Development:Mentorship and Guidance:Provide mentorship and guidance to the project, fostering their professional growth and development within the team.Growth and Development of Project/ Regional teams:Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in the field.Lead Continuous improvement of Microsoft development processes and procedures.Participate in the hiring process to identify top talent for the projects.Contribution to the COE (Center of Excellence)Contribute to the development of COE with relevant deliverables and assets.Operational Excellence:ÂMaintenance of Microsoft Certifications.Required to travel for key project milestones.Maintain utilization goals.5-8 years of experience in technology solution development, with a minimum of 4-5 years specifically focused on Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) development.Proven expertise in designing and developing robust applications using Power Pages and Model-Driven Apps.Deep understanding of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) architecture, security model, and advanced customization capabilities.Solid programming skills in C# and JavaScript, with demonstrable experience in writing custom plugins, custom workflow activities, and client-side scripts.Competence in Power Fx and FetchXML for advanced application logic and data retrieval within the Power Platform.Extensive experience in integrating Dynamics 365 and Power Platform with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, Power Automate, Azure Integration Services (e.g., Logic Apps, Azure Functions), and other middleware platforms.Expertise in data model design and comprehensive data management tasks within the Microsoft ecosystem, including support for data migration and transformation using Power Platform Dataflows, Dynamics 365 Data Management Framework (DMF), and various ETL tools.Strong competence in Microsoft Security & Permissions, including data protection strategies, access management, and role-based security configurations.Highly competent in solution design and the creation of comprehensive deliverables. This includes the ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable technical specifications, define robust integration points, and meticulously document customizations, ensuring clarity and alignment among all stakeholders for successful implementation.Strong communication, interpersonal skills with a user-centric approach to problem solving.Bachelor's degree and above is desirable.
