We're looking for a Senior Business Systems Analyst who thrives at the intersection of technology and strategy. In this role, you'll bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions-translating ideas into systems that support ETS's mission and drive measurable impact.

You'll collaborate across teams to define project goals, gather requirements, and guide the development of scalable, user-focused solutions. Your insights will help shape proposals, improve processes, and ensure our systems deliver with precision and purpose.
