Seeking a skilled and dependable PeopleSoft Administrator based in India to provide high-quality support for our U.S.-based business operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft administration, including patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and managing integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft environments and will serve as a reliable offshore extension of our core IT team. Provide end-to-end support for PeopleSoft environments (primarily FSCM and/or HCM) including daily administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Install, configure, clone, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and tools (PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, etc.). Coordinate with U.S.-based team members to apply patches, manage upgrades, and deploy code migrations during defined maintenance windows. Monitor performance and health of systems, conduct root cause analysis, and optimize application stability. Maintain user roles, security access, LDAP integration, and SSO configuration. Ensure consistent documentation and change tracking using ITSM best practices (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow). Assist in developing scripts and automation for routine tasks using tools like Shell, PowerShell, or Python. Participate in regular syncs with U.S. teams and provide timely communication and updates. Work Hours: Aligned to U.S. Time Zones (EST/PST overlap required) #LI-AD1 Experience and Skills: 5+ years of PeopleSoft administration experience in enterprise environments. Proficiency in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, and Oracle database administration. Strong understanding of application patching, system refreshes, and cloning processes. Experience managing environments in a global support model with time zone coordination. Familiarity with ticketing systems and change control tools (ServiceNow, Jira, etc.). Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and ensure timely escalations. Experience working with cloud-hosted PeopleSoft environments (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, AWS). Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and automation tools for deployment. ITIL certification or familiarity with ITSM frameworks. Previous experience supporting U.S.-based clients or users. POSITION SUMMARY (the reasons the position exists; a summary of what the is position is responsible for): Support The Global Tax Technology & Compliance Manager to enable efficient, accurate, and sustainable tax reporting and compliance activities including but not limited to preparing and filing indirect and direct tax returns and schedules in support of keeping the business compliant with the relevant tax regulations and and financial statement reporting requirements. The role will also consult with the SBU and Corporate finance, Treasury, as well as external auditors. This position reports Tax Technology & Compliance Manager - India.
