Seeking a skilled and dependable PeopleSoft Administrator based in India to provide high-quality support for our U.S.-based business operations. This role requires hands-on expertise in PeopleSoft administration, including patching, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and managing integrations. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience working with PeopleSoft environments and will serve as a reliable offshore extension of our core IT team. Provide end-to-end support for PeopleSoft environments (primarily FSCM and/or HCM) including daily administration, monitoring, and troubleshooting. Install, configure, clone, and maintain PeopleSoft applications and tools (PeopleTools, WebLogic, Tuxedo, Process Scheduler, etc.). Duties include maintaining strong overall quality control of products made by the company adhering to reliability, performance, and customer expectation. This role is a key position within the growing ETS team. As we operate 24/7, team members will be required to work on a rotational shift. ETS will provide one-way cab service during off-hours only. Will be responsible in transactional quality audits Create quality measurements to track improvement in products Execute quality improvement testing and activities Develop quality assurance standards and company processes Adhere to industry quality and safety standards Ensure products meet customer expectations and demand Create reports documenting errors and issues for fixing Work closely with the development team to improve existing products Maintain standards for reliability and performance of production Adhere to ethical standards and comply with the laws and regulations applicable to your job function. Experience and Skills: Working knowledge of products and services In-depth understanding of industry standards and company policies Good customer focus Sharp attention to detail Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Meticulous and diligent attributes Great team player with the ability to work with minimal supervision Able to sit, stand and walk around for long hours at a time Willing to work ON SITE Meet B2 level English language proficiency or equivalent internationally recognized qualification.
