Plan/ Target:

The Business Excellence function serves as a strategic bridge between the CMD office, and the organization, driving strategic initiatives that are tightly aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with MD office to define a (3 – 5) year digital transformation roadmap, prioritizing initiatives based on ROI and strategic impact.
2. Maintain the enterprise data lake to centralize data ingestion, storage, and governance for all BI and analytics use cases.
3. Act as Business Owner for CRM (e.g., Salesforce, MS Dynamics), ensuring 100% alignment with business processes and rigorous data-quality standards.
4. Lead end-to-end process reengineering initiatives leveraging design thinking and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
5. Serve as liaison between the CMD office, Business functions, and technology teams to ensure transparent communication, risk mitigation, and timely delivery.
6. Oversee proof-of-concept, pilot, and enterprise rollouts of new digital tools, ensuring comprehensive change-management and training plans.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s in engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, and MBA.
• 8–10 years of proven experience driving digital transformation and technology adoption in Indian corporates.
• Strong expertise in data architecture, data lakes, and BI platforms (Power BI, Tableau).
• Hands-on CRM domain knowledge with demonstrable improvements in data quality and process alignment.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with a track record of engaging CXO-level leadership.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, capable of translating business challenges into technical solutions.
