Job Description: This incumbent will be responsible for driving ambitious Sales & Business Development Plan for Institutional Sales. Product specification and aggressively reach out to projects. 1) Responsible for achieving aggressive sales targets of specific Key Accounts. 2) Building trust & confidence with customers & influencers including (Developers, PMC, contractors, Purchase team etc.). 3) Handling Key accounts in all major verticals in B2B i.e. Developer, Institutional etc. 4) Excellent/Benchmark customer service in the industry. 5) Jointly owning Brand Building along with Reporting Manager and Marketing team. Desired Skill Set 1) Qualification- Graduate/MBA with 8 -12 years of experience. 2) Familiar with similar product / Industry. 3) Proactive & self-starter 4) Good presentation Skills & influencing personality. 5) Should have an exposure in interacting and building up relationships with architects & interior designers.
