Duties

• Utilize Salesforce and other CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and analyze performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing teams to create effective promotional strategies that align with business goals.
• Conduct negotiations with potential clients to secure contracts and agreements.
• Lead project management efforts for new initiatives, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with company standards.
• Provide regular reports on business development progress to senior management.

Experience

• Proven experience in business development or a related field, with a focus on strategic planning and sales.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software is essential for managing customer relationships effectively.
• Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals successfully.
• Experience in project management, demonstrating the ability to lead cross-functional teams towards common goals.
• Familiarity with marketing principles and practices that drive customer engagement and retention.
