Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced MERN Stack Developer to join our growing team. As a Senior Developer, you will take ownership of designing, developing, and maintaining scalable web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor junior developers, and help drive architectural decisions to deliver high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure full-stack web applications. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code using MERN technologies. Build reusable components and front-end libraries for future use. Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Lead code reviews and provide mentorship to junior developers. Collaborate with product managers, UI/UX designers, and QA engineers. Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends. Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs. Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Contractual / Temporary, Freelance Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month Supplemental Pay: Overtime pay Experience: Full-stack development: 4 years (Required) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Preferred) Work Location: In person
