We are looking for a proactive and self-driven Business Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be highly active and punctual, and have a strong ability to generate leads from platforms like LinkedIn, Upwork, and Fiverr . You will be responsible for client outreach, follow-ups, and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: Generate qualified leads and new business opportunities through LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, and other platforms. Initiate and maintain communication with prospective clients via messages, calls, or video meetings. Understand client requirements and coordinate with the internal team to propose the best solutions. Prepare and send proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals. Maintain records of leads, contacts, and conversion reports using CRM or company tools. Stay active, punctual, and committed to achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
