MERN Stack Developer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a talented and passionate MERN Stack Developer with minimum one year experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience building dynamic, responsive web applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React, and Node.js. As a MERN Developer, you will play a critical role in the design and development of new features, as well as maintaining and optimizing existing systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build desktop applications using the Electron framework.
• Integrate APIs, manage backend services, and ensure security and scalability of applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers and project managers.
• Write clean, maintainable code and follow best practices in software development.
• Debug and troubleshoot application issues and implement solutions quickly.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in full-stack development using the MERN stack.
• Solid experience with Electron.js for cross-platform desktop app development.
• Proficient in building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Good understanding of database design (MongoDB preferred).
• Knowledge of Git version control.
• Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
• Familiarity with TypeScript.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and tools.
• Familiarity with serverless architecture.
• Excellent Training skills for upskilling juniors.
• Familiarity with ERP softwares.
• Experience in TypeScript and Redux.
• Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
