We’re looking for Senior Business Development professionals who can independently generate, pitch, and close premium projects for a fast-moving, high-quality digital agency. No micromanagement. No fluff. Just real partnerships, real support - and real rewards. 💼 What You’ll Do • Own your pipeline - from lead generation to closing • Build and nurture relationships with founders, CXOs, VPs, and startup teams • Pitch our design, development, branding, and tech services with clarity and strategy • Close mid to high-ticket deals with a consultative sales approach • Use your tools: CRM, reporting, email follow-ups, proposals - and whatever helps you move fast • Collaborate directly with the founder and core team for alignment, support, and scale 👤 Who We’re Looking For 🧠Experience: • 4+ years in agency, SaaS, consulting, or digital services sales • Proven track record of closing deals with startups, tech teams, founders, or marketing heads 📢 Communication: • Sharp pitch game - fluent in English, confident on calls, precise in writing • Knows how to position value, not just undercut pricing 🎯 Ownership & Mindset: • Works independently, but aligns weekly with the founder • Startup-savvy, fast-paced, founder-first attitude • Metrics-driven and motivated by real revenue outcomes 🚀 Bonus if you: • Have an existing network of startup clients • Understand digital design, UI/UX, dev workflows, or creative agency sales cycles 💰 What’s In It for You?
