Coordinating with the technical team to provide the client with the required software solution. Dealt with clients from the Middle East, US, UK, Europe, Asia, etc. Acquiring and maintaining clients from the Middle East, Europe & USA region. Maintain good communication channels with C-level officials. Involved in B2B Sales, B2C Must Direct Sales, and Channel Sales. Objection handling and Customer relationship building. Handling B2B clients, upsell, and/or cross-sell services. Maintaining the client accounts and retain the client for a long time. Enhance customer experience working with the organization. Requirement gathering and analyzing the data collected from clients end. Resolving the issues client-facing with ongoing projects. Delivering reports on time and measuring the quality of work done.
