Job Description: Business Development Manager (Staffing Industry BFSI & Banking) Experience: 6+ Years Location: Viman Nagar, Pune Company: SATMAT Technologies Industry: Staffing & Recruitment (Banking & BFSI) Markets: International & Indian Market Job Summary: SATMAT Technologies is looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Executive with 6+ years of expertise in the staffing industry , specifically in the Banking & BFSI sector . The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth, generating leads, building strong client relationships, and expanding our presence in both Indian and international markets through strategic staffing solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Client Acquisition & Business Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sectors. Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in banks, NBFCs, insurance companies, and fintech firms . Develop a pipeline of potential clients and generate leads in India & international markets . Convert prospects into long-term business partnerships by offering tailored staffing solutions. 2. Sales & Revenue Generation Drive revenue growth through IT & Non-IT staffing solutions for BFSI clients. Develop and execute strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets. Present customized staffing solutions that align with client needs. 3. Account Management & Client Relations Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling staffing solutions. Act as the primary point of contact for client escalations and issue resolution. 4. Market Research & Competitive Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging hiring demands in BFSI . Develop tailored staffing solutions to meet market needs. Provide insights on recruitment trends in BFSI for both permanent and contract staffing. 5. Proposal & Contract Negotiation Prepare and present business proposals, RFPs, and staffing solutions. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with clients. Ensure compliance with legal and contractual obligations in staffing services. 6. Collaboration & Reporting Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and HR , to deliver quality staffing services. Provide regular updates and reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback. Key Requirements: Experience: 6+ years in Business Development in Staffing & Recruitment (Banking & BFSI domain) Industry Expertise: Strong understanding of hiring trends and workforce solutions in Banking, NBFCs, Insurance, and Fintech Market Knowledge: Experience handling both Indian and international markets Networking Skills: Proven ability to build long-term relationships with BFSI clients Sales & Negotiation: Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Education: Bachelor's/Masters degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields (preferred) Why Join SATMAT Technologies?
