5 to 8 years in sales within the interiors industry, specifically handling clients, PMCs, and architects. Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to drive our business growth in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 to 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of handling key accounts in the interiors industry, including interactions with clients, project management consultants (PMCs), and architects. This role will involve building and maintaining strong relationships with industry partners and generating sales to meet company goals. Responsibilities: * Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve targets and expand our market presence in the assigned regions. * Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, PMCs, architects, and interior design firms. * Identify new business opportunities and generate leads in the interiors and corporate sector. * Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts with prospective clients. * Collaborate with the internal team to align sales strategies. * Manage the sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring client satisfaction. * Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging customer needs. Must haves: * Experience: Minimum 5 to 8 years in sales within the interiors industry, specifically handling clients, PMCs, and architects. * Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). * Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; proven ability to achieve sales targets and grow client accounts.
