We prioritize innovative design and safety to create the ultimate experience. Role Description This is a full-time role for a Business Development Manager located on-site in Bengaluru. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and developing comprehensive growth strategies. Additional duties include conducting market research, preparing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the marketing and product development teams to enhance service offerings and ensure customer satisfaction. Qualifications Proven experience in Business Development, Sales, and Account Management Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to conduct market research and identify new business opportunities Excellent relationship-building and client management skills Proficiency in preparing business proposals, contracts, and related documents Ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Experience in the mechanical or elevator industry is a plus
