About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in the Home Elevator industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our premium elevator solutions to homeowners, builders, and architects.

Key Responsibilities

Engage with potential clients (B2C) to understand their requirements and present suitable elevator solutions.

Generate leads, follow up on inquiries, and convert prospects into customers.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and business partners.

Explain technical details of products in a simple and effective manner to clients.

Prepare proposals, quotations, and presentations for customers.

Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

Requirements

Proven experience in B2C sales (preferably in luxury products, appliances, interiors, or related technical products).

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and at least one South Indian language (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).

Well-groomed, confident, and presentable personality with strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to quickly grasp technical terms and explain them to customers effectively.

A fast learner with a proactive and result-oriented approach.

Must be based in Bangalore or willing to relocate.
