Store Executive



Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate stock records of lift and elevator components and materials.
  • Handle daily inward and outward stock entries in physical registers and ERP/Excel.
  • Ensure proper storage, labeling, and shelf-life tracking of inventory items.
  • Verify incoming materials with purchase orders and update stock accordingly.
  • Coordinate with the procurement, production, and quality teams for timely material dispatches.
  • Monitor minimum stock levels and raise alerts for reordering.
  • Maintain documentation such as GRN (Goods Receipt Note), stock register, and material issue slips.
  • Conduct periodic physical stock audits and reconcile variances.
  • Ensure cleanliness and safety of the store area.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports for management.



Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Graduate or Diploma holder in any discipline.

  • 2–3 years of store handling experience

    in

    lift/elevator manufacturing

    or relevant mechanical industry.
  • Good knowledge of elevator components, electrical & mechanical spares.
  • Familiarity with

    MS Excel, Inventory Software, or ERP systems

    .
  • Strong record-keeping, organization, and coordination skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
