The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will strategically plan their approach to clients and offer compelling solutions to cater for client's needs. They are responsible for maintaining and developing relationships in order to meet sales goals. 1. Business development & client relationship ï‚· New business development & revenue maximization ï‚· Strong networking base with Indian developers and their management ï‚· Qualitative experience in service marketing, exposure in marketing of design (Architectural or Interiors)/ Facilty management service would be preferred. ï‚· Market penetration including PR activities and promoting PPZ in new cities and areas of growth ï‚· Client retention and relationship building ï‚· This position would require extensive travel across India every month. 2. Client retention and relationship building ï‚· To leverage on current client base ï‚· To expand our services to other asset classes 3. Documentation ï‚· Correspondence with the clients for closing the agreements ï‚· Coordinate with the legal department and get the agreements signed from both the parties ï‚· Coordinate with project heads for raising invoices as and when required ï‚· Follow up on the outstanding payments 4. Key Interactions ï‚· Directors: Day to day updates on project meetings, billing, client issues, plans etc. ï‚· Finance and Legal: Business plan, document evaluation and billing ï‚· Developers / Clients: To nurture relationship and generate new leads Qualification: Bachelor of Architecture + MBA Must travel outside outstations for project/ site visit, (may be 2 days stay) Show more Show less
