Fitout Manager

Role Overview: As a Fitout Manager at Pioneer Property Zone (PPZ), your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the fit-out process of retail units in the North Zone. You will ensure that all work is completed to the highest standards and within agreed timelines by tenant brands. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with brands and developers, monitoring progress, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards, and collaborating with developer teams for scope execution and close out documentation. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate with tenant brands and developers to oversee the fit-out process of retail units - Monitor progress to ensure work is completed within agreed timelines - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Liaise with developer teams for scope execution and carry out close out documentation Qualifications Required: - Experience in Fitout Management or Project Management - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong MIS, communication, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field - Previous experience in retail and mall real estate is a plus,
