Fitout Manager

Job Description You will be working as a Fitout Manager in the North Zone for Pioneer Property Zone (PPZ), a leading player in retail real estate. Your role will involve overseeing and managing the fit-out process of retail units, ensuring high standards and timely completion. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with brands and developers, monitoring progress, ensuring safety and quality compliance, and liaising with developer teams. Key Responsibilities - Oversee and manage the fit-out process of retail units - Coordinate with brands and developers - Monitor progress and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards - Liaise with developer teams for scope execution and close out documentation Qualifications - Experience in Fitout Management or Project Management - Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong MIS, communication, and interpersonal skills - Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple brands simultaneously - Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field - Previous experience in retail and mall real estate is a plus,
