Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Delhi, India. The individual will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new market opportunities, building and nurturing client relationships, and developing effective sales strategies. This role involves collaborating with internal teams, meeting sales targets, drafting proposals, conducting market research, and representing the company in client meetings and industry events. Qualifications Strong business development skills and experience in strategic planning, client acquisition, and account management. Knowledge in market research, data analysis, and sales reporting. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, including presentation skills, negotiation, and relationship building. Familiarity with industrial automation, engineering sectors, or similar technical industries is a strong advantage. Proven leadership abilities, team collaboration skills, and a results-driven approach. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is required. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is preferred. Willingness to travel as needed for client and business development purposes.
