Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Senior Business Development Manager. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing business opportunities, managing client relationships, and driving sales growth. Daily tasks include market research, sales strategy development, client meetings, proposal creation, and collaboration with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves networking, attending industry events, and reporting on sales metrics and performance.

Qualifications

• Business Development, Client Relationship Management, and Sales Growth skills
• Experience with Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
• Strong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking skills
• Understanding of Emerging Technologies including AI, Machine Learning, and Business Intelligence
• Excellent ability to collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project delivery
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and reporting on sales metrics
• Previous experience in the IT services sector is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field
