Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly experienced and strategic Senior Business Development Manager with 8+ years of proven success in driving business growth, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong leadership, communication, and client management skills, ready to make a significant impact in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Build and manage a robust pipeline of qualified leads through research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Lead complex sales negotiations and close high-value deals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Delivery) to create and deliver customized business solutions.
Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and industry partners.
Track industry trends, market intelligence, and competitor analysis to shape go-to-market strategies.
Develop and implement short-term and long-term business strategies to meet organizational goals.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings.
Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
Minimum of 8 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, preferably in [insert industry e.g., IT services, SaaS, manufacturing, etc.].
Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles, client engagement, and revenue generation strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business targets.
