Role & responsibilities 1. Lead Generation Identify and reach out to potential clients via email, cold calls, LinkedIn, and networking. Follow up on inbound leads from ads, social media, and the company website. 2. Lead Qualification Qualify prospects Ensure meetings are booked with genuinely interested and potential clients. 3. Discovery & Consultation Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs, challenges, and business goals. Document client requirements accurately using internal templates. 4. Proposal & Pitching Collaborate with strategy and creative teams to draft customized proposals. Present proposals via Zoom/Google Meet and handle client objections professionally. 5. Deal Negotiation & Closure Negotiate pricing and contract terms within approved guidelines. Work closely with the Sales Manager for approvals when needed. 6. Client Handover Complete onboarding documentation post-sale. Schedule and participate in client kick-off calls with the operations team. 7. Post-Sale Engagement Conduct 30-day follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction and explore upselling/cross-selling opportunities. 8. Reporting & CRM Management Update all client interactions, notes, and progress in the CRM system. Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports. Required Skills and Qualifications: 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales , ideally in IT services , digital agencies , or tech consulting . Strong understanding of web technologies , content management systems , or cloud solutions . Youll be at the forefront of our talent acquisition effortsresponsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding top talent across a wide range of roles. Key Responsibilities: Manage end-to-end recruitment life cycle for both technical and non-technical roles. Source potential candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), internal database, social media, and employee referrals. Conduct initial screening interviews and shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a seamless interview process. Maintain accurate documentation of all hiring activities in our ATS and internal systems. Build and maintain a pipeline of strong candidates for future hiring needs. Role & responsibilities : Design, develop, and maintain AEM Forms (Adaptive and Interactive Forms) . Integrate AEM Forms with backend systems, REST/SOAP web services , and third-party platforms. Develop custom components, templates, and workflows using AEM Forms and AEM Sites when needed. Implement form validations , custom client-side scripting, and dynamic behavior using JavaScript. Manage form lifecycles, including versioning, rendering, submission handling, and storage. Debug and troubleshoot production issues, perform performance tuning, and optimize form performance. Preferred candidate profile : 5+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Manager Forms (preferably on AEM 6.5 or higher). Strong knowledge of Adaptive Forms , XFA-based forms , and Interactive PDF Forms . Experience with Java, JavaScript, HTML, CSS , and AEM development frameworks . Proficient in using AEM Workflows, OSGi services, Sling Models, and JCR . Experience integrating AEM Forms with RESTful APIs, databases , and other enterprise systems. Familiarity with authentication and form submission security (CAPTCHA, SSO, encryption). Knowledge of Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Git, and Jenkins.
