What You Bring

• 4–8 years of experience in business development within media, digital, or advertising
• Demonstrated success in building and scaling long-term partnerships
• Strong network across publishers, platforms, agencies, and aggregators
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and storytelling skills
• Self-starter mindset with a bias for action and creative problem-solving
• Deep understanding of digital media, social platforms, and emerging tech like AI
