Roles Available:

• Head of Business Development

• Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage strong relationships with

  Universities and Educational Institutions

  across India.
• Drive

  strategic partnerships, collaborations, and MoUs

  with universities and professional bodies.
• Lead

  university onboarding

  and maintain long-term academic partnerships.
• Plan and execute strategies for

  lead generation, growth, and revenue expansion

  .
• Develop and manage the

  BD team

  , ensuring monthly and quarterly targets are met.
• Represent Simandhar at university events, seminars, and education fairs.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in

  university tie-ups, MoUs, and partnership management

  (EdTech / Higher Education preferred).
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Strategic mindset with hands-on experience in lead generation and relationship management.
• Minimum

  8–12 years

  of relevant experience.
• Passionate about education and growth-driven initiatives.
