Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with current clients, overseeing sales strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive growth. The manager will also be responsible for market research, competitor analysis, and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Leadership and mentoring of junior team members will be crucial to the role.

Qualifications

Strong business development and sales skills, including negotiation, client engagement, and networking abilities.
Proficiency in market research, market analysis, and developing effective sales strategies.
Project management skills, team collaboration, and the ability to lead and motivate teams effectively.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with design consultancy services, including mechanical, civil, web, and graphic design, as well as social media marketing, is a plus.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets in a similar role is highly desirable.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
