We are a full-service design agency that assists startups and growing brands in launching, scaling, and achieving a visually appealing brand identity throughout the process.


From brand identity and web design to full-scale digital products! we blend design, strategy, and storytelling to create brands people actually stop and ask “who made this?”


We’ve grown purely through referrals so far (our work speaks louder than our ads).


Now, we are looking for someone who can help us turn that organic buzz into a predictable, scalable growth engine.


The Role:

We are looking for a Sales Lead who is obsessed with growth and knows how to sell creative and design-led services to founders, startups, and growing brands.


You’ll be the one building our outbound strategy, setting up systems, generating qualified leads, and closing deals — all while shaping how Bussin sells design.


You won’t be handed leads on a silver platter.

You will build the engine that creates them.


What You’ll Do:

• Build and manage the entire outbound sales process (from strategy to close).

• Reach out to startups, founders, and decision-makers who’d love Bussin’s work.

• Create and manage partnerships and collaborations that bring in quality leads.

• Work with the founders to develop proposals, pitch decks, and deal strategies.

• Set up CRM, pipeline tools, and reporting systems.

• Own revenue targets and optimize the process as we scale.


What You’ll Bring:

• 3–5+ years of experience in sales for creative agencies, SaaS, or service-based businesses.

• Proven record of building a pipeline and closing ₹10L–₹50L+ projects.

• You’re entrepreneurial — you think like an owner, not an employee.

• Excellent communication skills and an understanding of creative industries.

• You’re resourceful, resilient, and comfortable building from scratch.


Compensation:

Competitive base + aggressive commissions + performance bonuses.
